Bamboo Green 竹叶青

Hail from the famous Er Mei mountain in Sichuan, once known for its famous female martial art sect. In the 60’s, the then Prime Minister of China visited the southern province. With a lush greenery and breathtaking view, he named the tea Bamboo Green for its excellent taste and aroma. It is one of the earliest teas plucked each spring. With limited harvest, Bamboo Green is therefore rare, desirable and pricey.
