Upon receipt and inspection, funds will be paid back to the purchase method within 30 days. Do note that the 30-day period begins the day you receive any of Koko Tea products.
Our returns policy applies for 30 days, which begins the day you receive any of Koko Tea products. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, Koko Tea will not offer you any refund(s) or exchange(s).
To be eligible for a return, all Koko Tea items must be returned in their original packaging/ condition and must not be opened and consumed. Items that are damaged, dented, scratched or missing certain contents may be denied a return. Original tags must be attached for us to accept a return. Original receipt(s) as proof of purchase are also required.
How to return an item
Gather the purchases you want to return, along with the original contents and packaging.
You may return any Koko Tea item purchased online. For faster return processing, please bring your packing slip (if you received one), your receipt, and/or the credit card used to make your purchase.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Koko Tea and we’ll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period (the stipulated 30 days, as highlighted above), please call us for special instructions at (+65) 62203061.
Returns lacking proof of purchase
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may require an email address, may be denied or limited, and any applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) and other incidental charges will not be reimbursed.
Product accessories and packaging
Please return any Koko Tea items with their original accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within fifteen (15) working days upon.
Late Refunds (where applicable)
If you have yet to receive your refund, please check your bank account first. Thereafter, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted in your account.
After you have checked your bank account and contacted your credit card company, do contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (whenever applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/ mailing costs for returning any Koko Tea item(s). Shipping/ mailing costs will not be reimbursed by Koko Tea.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
