Koko Liu Bao Tea 原度六堡
Liu Bao Tea is a black tea from Guangxi. Used to be drunk by the miners in the early 1900’s. It has over two hundred years of history. Post fermentation, the leaves are steamed and pressed into their iconic large bamboo baskets. After the tea leaves have been packed into the baskets, they are left to air-dry for several months and then aged even further. The result is a nice betel nut and woody aroma and taste.
